I don’t know what you’re going through today, but I know it’s not what it looks like.
On the absolute worst days of my life. The days with inexpressible grief, or anxiety, or panic. The days when I experienced a level of heartbreak beyond anything I’d know. All those days have something in common. They were all the beginning of a beautiful season of the Lords grace and strength abounding in my life.
Gods strength shows up when ours runs out. So it would only make sense that through our hardest battles, when our strength goes quickly, that the Lord would be able to display His in a mighty way.
It doesn’t mean we aren’t going to still feel. It doesn’t mean we aren’t going to have to fight. It doesn’t mean we aren’t going to hurt. It doesn’t mean that we aren’t going to want to give up. It doesn’t mean it’s not going to be really hard. It doesn’t mean that we aren’t going to get weary.
What it does mean is that we won’t have to do any of it alone. We can depend on a mighty, steady, powerful strength to carry us through each and every exhausting day. We can find rest and peace in knowing that Jesus is holding us together when our circumstance is trying to tear us apart. We can find hope in knowing that we will see victory, because Jesus is always victorious. We can know that we will learn and grow in His presence. We can find reassurance that He will heal the broken places as we spend precious time in communion with Him.
What looks like your weakest moment today, is simply another opportunity for the Lord to showcase His magnificent strength in your life. He loves you child. He will never stop fighting for you!❤️
. “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV
